Gladys was united in marriage with Robert Sundet June 10, 1936 in Huron, SD. The couple lived in Brookings until 1939. They moved to Sioux Falls, where Gladys was a homemaker and childcare provider. Robert died June 7, 1983.
She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and traveling. Gladys had a love for garage sales and thrift stores. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Grateful for having shared her life are her four daughters, Roberta Pease and her husband, Noel, Lutz, FL, Rosalie Phillips, Sioux Falls, SD, Sheryl Fish and her husband, William, Bullhead City, AZ, Carol Selle and her husband, William, Apple Valley, MN; 14 Grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great-Great Grandchildren; brother, Richard Stevens, Utah; and sister Letha Pollard, Nampa, ID.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, 1983; two sons, James and William; granddaughter, Shari; three brothers, Donald, Marlin, Alvin; and his parents.
