- John Luther Cornwell [1842–1934]
- Mary Virginia Page Cornwell [1858–1935]
Married Eugene Phillips Jones
Child:
- Leroy Alfred Jones [1915–1924]
RESEARCH NOTES:
Eugene and Lottie appear to be living in WDC according to the City Directory in 1928.
By 1930, Eugene was living with his niece, Mary (Jones) Wood in Buckeystown in 1930. Lottie isn't with him. Is this her death window... 1928 to 1930? There is no listing for her burial in the cemetery records.
Eugene was alone in the Methodist Home for the Aging and Orphans in Gaithersburg in 1940 (Asbury Methodist Home today?)
It's possible the reason Lotta doesn't have a death date is that nobody remembered when she died when Eugene got his marker? Their only child died in 1924. Still, she should have a burial date in the cemetery records if she was actually buried here.
