Frank was a minister of the Church of Christ in Chesapeake, WWII Army veteran, life member of DAV, and member of the Huntington VFW # 1064.
Frank is survived by
his wife, Mary Taylor of 64 years;
two sons, Frank Taylor Jr. of Chesapeake and Robert W. Taylor of Prince George, VA;
three grandchildren, Wanda L. Thacker of Chesapeake, Mary Ann Taylor of Prince George, VA, and Frank C. Taylor III of California, KY;
one sister, Emma L. Cobb of Huntington;
three great grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was conducted in Centenary Cemetery by Minister Jeff Ross.
