Mrs. Modena "Mo" Cagle, 69 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2003 in Fayetteville. She was born February 25, 1934 in Elaine, AR to Jasper Diamond and Emma Nell (Wheeler) Helm.
She was a retired LPN and Innercore Surgical Coordinator for Washington Regional Medical Center where she was once the recipient of the Nurse of The Year Award and on numerous occasions was the Employee of The Year.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Cagle and daughter Cathy Cagle.
She is survived by one daughter; Sharon Cagle Turk of Springdale, AR, two sons; Terry and Rickie Cagle both of Fayetteville, AR, one sister; Linda Mhoon of Tontitown, AR, two brothers; Levon Helm of Woodstock, NY, Wheeler Helm of Ashville, NC, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and special friend J.R. Cole.
