An obituary published in the Shelbyville Democrat on April 26, 1917 for Mrs. Antonia W. Dilley, a former resident of Shelbyville, stated she had died at her home in Chicago on Saturday [April 21, 1917]. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. L. B. [Boss] Wright and was at the time of her death about 51 years old. She was born and raised in Shelbyville, and resided with her parents there until her marriage to Clarence Dilley of Palestine, Texas, in 1880. Her young husband died and she returned to Shelbyville where she lived for 12 years before moving to Chicago. She was survived by one son, George Dilley, who lived with her in Chicago. Services were held at Glenwood Cemetery conducted by Rev. N. H. Robertson of the Christian Church. Relatives in Shelbyville included Mrs. Frances Stillwell and Mrs. Virginia Smith. Among those more distantly related who lived in Shelbyville were Mrs. O. W. Walker, Senator F. B. Wendling, J. H. Roberts, Mrs. L. H. Parker, Mrs. Laura Shade and Charles Lloyd.
