Earl Dean Loughner, 86, of Middleburg, FL passed away December 1, 2011. Mr. Loughner was Catholic, a former member of the VFW and the American Legion and was the Past President of AARP in Pittsburg, PA. He is survived by his sons, Lenny (Debbie) Smith and Steve Smith of MIddleburg; grandchildren, Aaron, Rachel, Caitlin, Jeremy, Zackery, Heather and Dustin; great-grandchildren, Cayden, Carson and Jax. The family will receive friends at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1606 Blanding Blvd. Middleburg, FL 32068. The Reverend Paul Grizzelle-Reid will be the celebrant. Burial will be in Jacksonville National Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home, 501 Spring St, 501 Spring St. Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
