Beverly Ann Baldwin, 78, of Gardner, KS, passed away November 15, 2011 at her home. Memorial services will be 10:00 am Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 555 W Main, Gardner, KS with inurnment at St. Columbia Catholic Cemetery, Gardner. Beverly was born March 17, 1933 in Kansas City, KS to James Lee and Myrtle Ann (Wells) Scamahorn. She attended Bishop Ward High School. On August 30, 1952, Beverly married Joseph A Baldwin in KCMO. They moved to Gardner 44 years ago. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a loyal Chiefs fan, an avid Nintendo video game player and enjoyed reading. Beverly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph in 1969, children James Lee Baldwin and Cindy Jo Kodger, and sister Betty Leigh Scamahorn. Beverly is survived by her children Deborah A Andrasak of OH, Timothy J Baldwin of Gardner, Danny M Baldwin of Independence, MO; and Tamara K Page and Kimberly M Baldwin both of Gardner; 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
