It appears that upon some miscarriage of Samuel Stebbins, he and his wife Mary agreed to separate, he agreeing to give her L40 and she to relinquish all right of dowry to residue of his Estate, also 3 acres of landin Munham Lot Counded on the Mill River Northerly-on Lyman Easterly and on Land which was Samuel Stebbins, southerly on the Land of William Miller Westerly to have and to hold for her natural life and after her decease to her son Samuel Stebbins,
