Adeline Reynolds Adams, 78, of Lexington, widow of Holman "Buck" Adams, died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2003, at her residence.
A native of Jessamine County, she was the daughter of the late Tolbert and Nettie Ford Long Reynolds. She was a member of the Troy Presbyterian Church, the Women's Circle. And a lifetime member of the DAV.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara S, Harris, Woodford County; two sons, Dr. William F. Adams, Columbus, Ohio, and George E. Adams, Woodford County; a granddaughter, Sarah Adams; three grandsons, Zachary Adams, Darrell Bobblett, and George Jason Adams; three great grandchildren; three brothers, George T. Reynolds, Woodford County, and Richard P. and William K. Reynolds, both of Jessamine County. A son, Bobby Wayne Adams, is deceased.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003, at the Betts & West Funeral Home by the Rev. David Duggan and the Rev. Mike Harris. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Casket bearers will be George Jason Adams, Eddie Peel, David Cartwright, Jim Bob Adams, Steve Reynolds, and Joe Cartwright. Honorary bearers will be Bruce Curtsinger, William Darrell Bobblett, and the Women's Circle of the Troy Presbyterian Church. February 13, 2003 Woodford Sun
