Jerald Melburn Walls, 80, of Chattanooga, TN passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Walls attended Concord Baptist Church.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a mason, and a member of the Alhambra Shrine.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Liza Walls and nine siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ortha Moore Walls, Chattanooga, TN; brother, R. Leon Walls, Nashville, TN; sister, Jo Hornbuckle, Albertville, AL; sister-in-law, Mickey Moore; special friend, Jessica Motsenbocker; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday at Lakewood Memory Gardens East Mausoleum with Dr. David King officiating.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN.
