Alphonse F. Bock, 68, of Westphalia, died Friday, Feb. 14, 1975, following an illness of about 7 years. A native of Rich Fountain, Mr. Bock was born July 22, 1906, the son of Peter and Mary Sprenger Bock. On Feb. 15, 1933, at Freeburg, he was married to the former Miss Elizabeth Falter, who survives.
Other survivors include one son, Arthur Bock of Westphalia; four daughters, Mrs. Bernita Thoenen of Mexico, Mrs. Mildred Riegel of Linn, Mrs. Theresa Huber of Jefferson City, and Miss Marcella Bock of the home; two brothers, Joseph Bock of Freeburg and Leo Bock of Westphalia; and 14 grandchildren.
Mr. Bock was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia, were funeral services were held Monday. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
