Mr. Cooper was born in West Nottingham Township, Chester County, just over the Pennsylvania State Line, where his entire life was spent.
He is survived by his second wife, Mrs. Fannie Cooper, and two sons.
Funeral Services were held and the Union M.E. Church, Fremont, PA at 2:30 Thursday afternoon and interment made in adjoining cemetery.
