Memorial services for Anne Colburn Campbell, 70, of Blair, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery. Mrs. Campbell died peacefully at her home with her family, following a lengthy illness, on Saturday, Nov. 1.

Anne Colburn Campbell was born Dec. 6, 1932 in Blair to Raymond and Ruth (Beveridge) Hitchman.

She married Howard Campbell in Kansas City, Mo., on May 27, 1950.

Mrs. Campbell was a creative person who made beautiful things for many people.

She is survived by her husband, Howard; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Coleen Campbell of Grain Valley, Mo.; daughter and son-in-law, Chris and Steve Herron of Omaha; five granddaughters; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jane Dudley and Barbara Heinzerling; and brothers, Robert Hitchman and Eugene Hitchman.
