Twelve-year-old Jenny got off her school bus in rural Pasco County, Florida, waved to her friends, and began walking home. A old, faded blue pick-up truck slowly followed behind her. It had a silver painted rear bumper (not chrome), a trailer hitch with wires hanging, and pipes or a ladder in the back. Jenny's body was found on Feb. 25, 1993, not far from her home. The red sweater she was wearing under her white fleece jacket was never found. However, two years later, her backpack and clarinet case were found several miles from the location of her body. She lovingly remembered by her parents, Clark and Renee Converse; a sister, Jessica Anne Odom Converse; and grandparents, Jim and Margie Denney.
