COLORADO CITY ~~ Jeff William Bishop, retired farmer died at 10 p.m. Sunday in a local hospital after and illness of several weeks.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Kiker and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Leslie Mickey minister, of the Twenty-second and Austin Street Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.
He was born November 22, 1885 in Lampasas County, Texas, and had lived in Mitchell County and Colorado City for the last 30 years.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Miss. Maureen Bishop of the home and Mrs. Jack Green of Uvalde, Texas; three sons, Fayett Bishop, Leakey, Texas, Virdo Bishop, Kerrville and Robert Bishop, Uvalde; four brothers, Walter Bishop, Snyder, Charlie Bishop, Colorado City, Albert Bishop, San Antonio and John Bishop, Stephenville; one sister, Mrs. Alice Gilson, Phoenix, Arizona.
