He was the first of twelve children born to Sebastian and Frances Isabel (Senn) Wandler. Founder and owner of "Cappy's Ballard & University Towing" in Seattle. Served as co-founder and secretary treasurer of the Washington State Tow Truck Association. Former race car owner and sponser at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington. Husband of Pearl Lucille Thomas. Casper and Pearl celebrated 50 years of marriage December 31, 1992. Father of Mary Lucille Gallardo, Jack Charles, Carol Lee Rice, Casper Scott and Rolly Nevin Wandler. Grandfather to Matthew, Richard, Douglas, Melissa, Gabriel, John, Aaron, Christine, Sarah, Laurie, Jackquelyn, Casper and Chris. Great grandfather to Matthew, Chelsea, Garrett, Leela and Solomon. Brother to John, Raymond, Sebastian, Emilia Solsvik, Leona Graham, Henry, Shirley Ebentheuer and four siblings that died in infancy. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-brother Rolly Greff and step-sister Anna Livermont. Uncle to more then 50 nieces and nephews.
