source The MECHLING Family of Armstrong Co PA by Allen MECHLING 1997: 1850 - Real estate valued was $400; 1860 $2000/$600 personal; Hannah purchased the MECHLING property from Charles & William SHAUM on 17 May 1869, Vol 37, pg 7-8 Armstrong Co deed. She then sold the property (13 acres) to (gr'dtr) Joanna May BECKWITH, w/o Edwin E. BECKWITH, for $1.00 in exchange for keeping Hannah the rest of her life. See deed Vol 65 pg 299 Rayburn twp. Then from Joanna May BECKWITH to Earl BECKWITH et at, 2 Sept 1955. He still owned the property as of 21 Feb 1994.
