| Birth: | Nov. 5, 1938 | | Death: | Jun. 2, 1969 |  Basketball Player. Even today he is considered to be one of the best players in the history of the European basketball. Known as "Zucko," he was the best and most efficient player of the Yugoslav team in the 1960s. He won with the Yugoslav team six medals, five silver medals and one bronze. Playing for OKK Belgrade, versus Alvik Stockholm, in a match of European Champions' Cup in 1964 (OKK Belgrade won 155-57), "Zucko" scored an unheard of 99 points. He died as the result of a car accident in June of 1969. Shortly after the tragedy, a competition "Cup of Radivoj Korac" was established as a remembrance of this legendary player. (bio by: Jelena)
