Randy Eugene Covert, 54, Hustontown, died at 10:18 a.m., Thursday, March 22, 2007, at his home in Clear Ridge.
Born September 6, 1952, in Huntingdon, he was the son of the late Eugene and Laura Belle (Appleby) Covert.
He is survived by a sister, Brenda Covert, Waterfall.
He was a member of Clear Ridge United Methodist Church and also a member of Clear Ridge Cemetery Association.
A 1970 graduate of Forbes Road High School, he had been employed at Grove Worldwide, now Manitowoc,?Shady Grove, since 1973. He was a master production scheduler.
Having a keen interest in agriculture, he enjoyed farming, both for himself and others.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 25, at Clear Ridge United Methodist Church.?Pastor Rick Robinson and Pastor Sam Stoey officiated. Burial was made in Clear Ridge Cemetery.
