Mary Ann Garrett, 82, of Steedman, passed away May 10, 1961 at the Callaway Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for five days.
Dr. James E. Hill, of Fulton, pronounced death caused by Cerebrovascular Accident contributed to by Cholicystitis with Lithlasis, surgically drained, Renal Disease, Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease with Fibrillation and Liver Disease, etiology undetermined. The informant was L.E. Garrett, spouse of the deceased, of Steedman.
Mrs. Garrett was born August 24, 1878, in Reform, the son of Fritz and Polly (Bezler) Thomas. She was united in marriage to L. Edgar Garrett and he survives her. Mrs. Garrett was a housewife.
Arrangements were under the care of Wallace Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial was in the Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
