SAVANNAH, Ga. - Roy Harold Phillips 85, died Monday, December 18, 2006 at Oceanside Nursing Home. He was a native of Bulloch County, living most of his life in Savannah. He was a member of the Garden City Church of Christ and was a retired TV repairman.

Surviving are, two step-daughters, Wanda Romine and husband Ted of Garden City, Gerry Burke and husband Andrew of Waynesville, NC, brothers, Edward Phillips and wife Margaret of Savannah, Melvin Eugene Phillips of Marshall, AR, sisters, Mary Howell and husband Ben of Johnston, SC, Helen Clayton and husband Charles of North Augusta, SC, Pat Franca of Augusta, five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 20, 2006 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
