Battle of Bennington took place about 10 miles from Bennington Vermont about 200 men from New Hampshire and Massachusetts militia under Gen John Stark plus a Vermont contingent under Col Seth Warner. A Letter written by Col Stark says that they took 2 pieces of brass Canon then 2 more.
