MINSTER, June 9— Stricken with a heart attack in her residence here,
Mrs. Margaret Albers, 71, widow of Henry J. Albers, died within a few minutes,
ending a two-day illness not believed serious and from which she apparently was recovering.
Four priests, all nephews, will assist at the funeral service Monday
when a solemn requiem high mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. They are Rev.
Melchior Lochtefeld, Rev. Urban Hoying, Rev. Joseph Hoying and Rev. Leo Hoying, all of whom were here for the funeral of Fred Hoying, brother to Mrs. Albers. who died three days before. Rites will be conducted in St. Augustine Catholic church here and burial will be made in St. Joseph cemetery at nearby Egypt.
A lifelong community resident she was born in 1873 a daughter of Clemens
Hoying, one of the first settlers here who became an extensive landowner. She married Henry J. Albers in 1892. He died in 1920. Surviving are nine childien: Mrs. Bernadine Schlater, Osgood; Frances, with whom she lived; Herman, Egypt; Leo, Minster; Alphonse, Dayton; Mrs. Mathilda Watercutter, Sidney; Mrs. Stella Gutman, Botkins; Regina Albers, Columbus; Mrs. Elsie Donauer, Minster, 26 grandchildren a sister, Mrs. Catherine Lochtefeld, St Rose, and two brothers, Joseph Hoying, St. Patricks, and Herman of Carthagena.
