Nancy Cheryl Lagow, 68, passed away Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, in Arlington. Funeral: 11:30 a.m Wednesday in Wade Family Funeral Home Chapel, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: 1:30 p.m in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Nancy was born Aug. 25, 1943, in Dallas to Marshall Oliver and Charlotte Maude Selders Crumbaker. She married her husband, Paul Van Pelt Lagow, on July 5, 1963, in Dallas. Being raised in the Methodist Church, she embraced that faith throughout her life. She loved her children, grandchildren, her Beagle, Sadie, and enjoyed shopping, sewing and watering her plants. Nancy was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She retired after 25 years of working at the Star-Telegram. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lagow, on Oct. 11, 2011; and her parents. Survivors: Son, Michael Paul Lagow and wife, Karen; daughters, Michele Lagow, Melissa Borde and husband, Thomas, and Amanda Ward and husband, Winfred; sister, Sharon Frizzell and husband, Daniel; grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Erica, Alyson, Stefanie, Jacob, Mikayla, Brenden, Charlotte, Michael II and Madelyn.
