Died in the home of a daughter, Mrs William Szuch of Gallitzin, following an extended illness. She was born in Nolo, Indiana Co. Oct 16, 1893, a daughter of Thomas and Jennie (Keller) Reese, and married George C. Straw , who died in 1960. Surviving are four children, Mrs Alda Powers of Cresson,Mrs Szuch, George of Winterhaven Calif, and Reese of Patton; 11 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two sisters and a brother, Mrs George Wisler of Buffalo, N.Y. , Mrs Leroy Mostoller of Friedens and Webster of Rolphton. She was a member of the Missionary Alliance Church.
