Oliver E. ADAMS

Oliver E. ADAMS, son of Casper and Anna ADAMS, was born at St. Joseph, Mo., July 2m 1885 an departed this life at his home in Shattuck, May 17, 1952, at the age of 65 years, 10 months and 15 days.

In 1901 he came to Oklahoma where he later became a welder by profession and was engaged in that business for the last thirty years of his life.

On February 14, 1920, he was united in marriage to Mrs. Artie GREER. To this union one son was born: Edward, of Auburn, California.

He professed faith in Christ in 1928 and was a member of the Shattuck Christian Church.

Those who mourn his passing are: His son, Oliver, and three grandchildren of Auburn, Calif.; one brother, w. C. ADAMS of Shattuck; also three half-sisters; Mrs. G. T. STILFIELD of Turney, Mo., Mrs. J. H. STILFIELD, Cameron, Mo., Mrs. Ora TRISLER of Shattuck. Besides these is one niece, Mrs. Irene LAMB of Shattuck. He also leaves many other relatives and a host of friends.
