He was born October 15, 1906 in rural Arlington. He lived most of his life in the Arlington area.
Mr. Heuerman farmed for 15 years near Mead. He retired in 1979 and moved back to Arlington.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Wahoo and was a life member of the Arlington Volunteer Fire Department.
He married Pauline A. Hannan of February 11, 1939, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Cedar Bluffs. She survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Fredrick of Fremont, Donald of Arlington and Richard of Elkhorn; two daughters, Mrs. Rollie (Mary Kay) Sutton of Bentonville, Arkansas and Mrs. Robert (Darleen) Ladehoff of Fremont; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Schmidt of Fremont, Mrs. Park (Emma) Smith of Omaha, Lottie Marshall of Arlington and Mrs. Ted (Lucille) Mefford of Anaheim, California; and 13 grandchildren
