Daniel L. Moose Dies; Rites Friday
Daniel Lawson Moose, 75, of 3201 S. Harvey, died Wednesday at South Community Hospital. Services will be at 4 p.m., Friday at Capitol Hill Funeral Home with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
A native of Nashville, Ark., Moose came to Oklahoma City in 1943 from Healdton. He was a retired carpenter and a 32nd degree Mason at the Myrtle Masonic Lodge. He was a World War I veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 13. He was a member of the Walker Ave. Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Judt Harris, 9 SE 32, and Mrs. Gwendolyn Holton, 314 SW 34; five brothers, Charles and Dale, both of Port Lavaca, Tex.; Paul, Oklahoma City; Bob, Tulsa, and Frank, Littlefield, Tex., and two sisters, Mrs. Zella Moore, and Mrs. Anna Maggi, both of Tulsa.
