BONHAM - Graveside services will be held for Lawrence E. Corzine, age 88 of Bonham, at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham, TX.
Mr. Corzine passed away October 29, 2011 at Seven Oaks Nursing facility in Bonham.
Family visitation will be held at 6 - 7 p.m., Monday October 31, 2011 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham TX.
Lawrence Edward Corzine was born on November 26, 1922 in Ravenna, TX., to parents William Reese Corzine and Rosa Leona (Carpenter) Corzine. Mr. Corzine served in the U.S Navy. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of the Dodd City Baptist Church.
Mr.Corzine was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ola Mae, his son, Bobby Corzine and two brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Dennith Stovall of Bonham, TX.; two grandchildren, Donna and husband David Allen of Paris, TX., Michael and wife Christina Kennedy of Balch Springs, TX. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Daniel Burpo of Bonham, Cody Kennedy of Detroit, TX. and Brianna Kennedy of Balch Springs, TX.; one great-great-granddaughter, Hailee Michelle Burpo of Bonham; one brother, Jack Corzine of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
