LEMUAL BRANSTETTER DIES AFTER ILLNESS

Lemual Branstetter passed away at his home above Mackay on Nov. 21st. He has been ill for many years and the end was not unexpected.

He came to Lost River Valley about 35 years ago and had many friends and neighbors who will miss him in passing. He was a kind father and respected by all.

He was born in Hardin, Mo., on Dec. 31, 1871, and passed away on Nov. 21, 1871, at the age of 64 years, 10 months, and 20 days, after a lingering illness of many years.

He came to Idaho in 1901 where he hs made his some a greater part of the time, working as a miner and farmer.

He leaves to mourn his departure three daughters, Mrs. George, Shindurling of Blackfoot; Mrs. Milford Vaught, and Mrs. Cloyd Olsen of Mackey; five grandchildren along with four sisters and five brothers in Missouri.

Lemuel's second wife was Carrie Ralls. They married on 1 Mar 1901 in Douglas County, Missouri.
