FUNERAL HELD THURSDAY FOR MRS. MORRISON

Impressive funeral services for Mrs. Elmira Alice Morrison were held on Thursday afternoon from the Holt Funeral Home with a large gathering of sorrowing friends in attendance.

Mrs. Morrison succumbed at Graves hospital Sunday evening after severe shock and injuries received in a fall at her home Saturday morning.

Rev. W. T. Gatley conducted the simple service.

Old favorite hymns of Mrs Morrison's "City Four Square," "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," and "Sometime We'll Understand," were sung by Mrs. Howard Lloyd and Mrs. John F. Wright with Mrs. Wright playing the accompaniment.

The profusion of beautiful flowers, silent tokens of the esteem in which the deceased was regarded, were in charge of Helen Kremming, Ella Mae Eskridge, Margaret Campion, Orrine Lloyd, Mellie Tanner and Virginia Randall.

The pall bearers were: Ralph Bundy, M. M. Mc
Donald, Dr. A. L. Patterson, Victor Geroux, Lum Myberg and Floyd F. Edwards.

Internment was made in Union Highland cemetery beside the body of her husband who preceded her in death in 1926.
