A 1970 graduate of Marshall High School, Hubbert stood 4'7" and is best known for playing the roles of both a midget or elf on both film and television. He began his acting career in Venice, California, appearing in local comedy stage productions, before entering film. Hubbert's films include, "Property" (1978), "Where The Buffalo Roam" (1980), "Caveman" (1981), "Under The Rainbow" (1981), "Not For Publication" (1984), "Legend" (1985), "Nightforce" (1987), "Sinbad And The Seven Seas" (1989), "Criminal Act" (1989), "The Ballad Of The Sad Cafe" (1991), "Little Suck-A-Thumb" (1992), "Lifepod" (1993), "The Ruby Princess Runs Away" (2001), "The Santa Trap" (2002), and his last film, "Knee High P.I." (2003). He also appeared in the television shows, "Charmed," "The Lot," "Caroline In The City," "ER," "Sabrina The Teenage Witch," "Union Square," "The Drew Carey Show," "Coach," "The Twilight Zone," "Magnum, P.I." and "The Fall Guy." Hubbert also played the role of 'Luther' on the television series, "The Charmings" from 1987 to 1988. Carl passed away in his sleep due to complications from Diabetes. (bio by: K)
