Halldor "Slim" Halderson

Professional Hockey Player. Also known as Haldor Halderson, he was born on January 6, 1900, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At 6'3" and 200lbs, he played the position of Right-Wing for teams in the Western Canada Hockey League (WCHL), National Hockey League (NHL), Pacific Coast Hockey League (PCHL), Canadian Amateur Hockey League (CAHL), and the American Hockey Association (AHA). He played for the Winnipeg Falcons from 1919 to 1920, Saskatoon Crescents from 1920 to 1921, Victoria Aristocrats from 1921 to 1922, Victoria Cougars from 1922 to 1926, Detroit Cougars from 1926 to 1927, Toronto Maple Leafs from 1926 to 1927, Quebec Beavers from 1927 to 1928, Newark Bulldogs from 1928 to 1929, Kansas City Pla-Mors from 1929 to 1933, Duluth Hornets from 1932 to 1933, Wichita Blue Jays from 1932 to 1934, Tulsa Oilers from 1933 to 1935, and the Wichita Skyhawks from 1936 to 1937. He also played for Canada in the 1920 Olympics and World Championships, won the Olympic Gold in 1920, the Allan Cup in 1920, and the Stanley Cup in 1925. (bio by: K)
