Charles H. Tracy, 89, Manchester, Md., RD, Is Taken By Death
Manchester, Md. - Charles H. Tracy, 89, died yesterday at 1:40 a.m. at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse E. Tracy, Manchester RD 1, with whom he resided.
A son of the late John W. and Margaret Elizabeth Wentz Tracy, he had been married to Lettita Trone, who died Dec. 29, 1947. He was a member of Lazarus Lutheran Church and Sunday School, Lineboro, and was on the church council for many years.
Surviving are: Two sons, George M. Tracy, Westminster RD 3; and Jesse E. Tracy, with whom he resided; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one brother, Parker A. Tracy, Lineboro, and a sister, Mrs. Horatio Kneller, Lineboro.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lazarus Lutheran Church. Rev. Eugene Young will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Funeral Director Frederick Bucher, Hanover, has charge of arrangements.
