JOHNSTON, SC-Calhoun Whitfield Kammer Sr, 62, died early Wednesday morning at the Baptist Hospital in Columbia after a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at the Johnston Baptist Church Friday at 11am with the Rev. Lon B. Knight officiating . Interment will follow in the Lott Family cemetery.
The body will be at Edwards Funeral Home until the hour of the service.
Mr. Kammer is survived by his widow, Mrs. Virgia C. Kammer, two daughters, Mrs. Beryl Tucker of Johnston and Mrs. Elaine Hayes of Tulsa, OK; one son Calhoun W. Kammer, Jr. of Columbia, and three grandchildren.
