He was born July 17, 1928, in Chesapeake, Ohio.
His wife, Evelyn Marie Adkins, preceded him in death.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at Wright's Funeral Home in Greenup, where there will be Masonic services at 7 p.m.
