CERES, Va. Harry L. Cassell,age 92, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at his home in Ceres. He worked in construction and carpentry, but the job he loved most was farming, which he had done all his life. Harry is survived by his sister, Lena Cassell of Ceres; several nephews and nieces; and his caregiver, Peggy Sue Ellison. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Will Shelton officiating. Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 p.m. until the time of service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
