Mary Farthing, 93, of Paducah died at 12:26 p.m. Monday at Superior Care Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Farthing was a retired schoolteacher. She was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Western Kentucky Campers Association.
She is survived by her son, T.W. Farthing of Paducah; three grandchildren, Robert Farthing and Thomas Farthing, both of Paducah, and Charles Farthing of Clinton; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Abner Farthing; one sister; and three brothers. Her parents were Beverly and Mollie Goodwin Lipford.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel with the Rev. Charles Baker officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
