Survivors are daughters, Mary B. Dix, Darlene Jernigan and Frances Stephens, all of Apex, and Barbara O'Neal of Clayton; son, Ralph B. Booth Jr. of Apex; son-in-law, Donnie L. Dix of Apex; five grandchildren; sister, Eva Arnold of Fuquay-Varina; brother, Jesse Booth.


Ralph's grave has been confirmed as unmarked by a niece of his.
