Charlotte's family name was Beausoleil, they were French immigrants from Quebec her mother was Native American. Her father Violette Moise Dolphant Beausoleil anglicized his name when he came to the US to Moses Bosley.

Charlotte Ann "Lottie" Bosley was born April 14, 1877 to Saphronia Roseann Norton and Violette Moise Dolphant Beausoleil in Walkerton, Ontario.

She came from a very musical family. She was a part of The Bosley Family Band, This photo clip is from a larger photo of then entire family band and their one armed band manager.

Lottie was married to Louis Joseph Beauregard on September 1, 1891 in St. Ignace, Michigan.
They had a son;
Louis Joseph Beauregard, Jr.

After Louis died she married Joseph Leo Bernard, Jr., April 9, 1919 in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan
