Mary Gardnier Spencer (dau & only child of James Basil Spencer and his 1st wife Sarah Frink) was the first wife of Thomas K Spencer.

James and Thomas were cousins. Mary Garnier (Spencer) Spencer died 21 Jan 1874. Thomas married Elizabeth G Parrish in 1875. She died just a five days after Thomas in 1901.
