Anne Christine Christensen, daughter of Frederick and Christine Christensen, was born in Vejle, Jutland, Denmark, on June 21, 1859. In 1873, she and her parents immigrated to America, locating near Lincoln, Nebraska. They were pioneer settlers of Lancaster County. In 1875, she married to Robert Robertson at Lincoln. The Robert Robertson family moved to Custer County November 13, 1891. Six sons were born, Charles, Matt, Fred, William, Louis, and Hans; two daughters Mary and Lydia. In 1908 she married Soren Sorensen and moved to Mason City where they lived until their deaths.
They had a son, Matt P. Robertson 4/8/1884 - 1/6/1951.
He died in California but I have not been able to locate the cemetery in which he was buried.
