Memorial Site. On a beautiful spring morning, School Board Treasurer, Andrew Kehoe, angry about increased school taxes and seeking revenge, blew up the Bath Consolidated School killing 45 and severely injuring 65, mostly children of the small Michigan community. It became a media circus, as people came from all over the country to witness the atrocity. It remains as the worst attack upon a school in the history of the United States.
