Elsie L. Hilliard of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2011. She was 85.
Born in South Mills, SC on February 8, 1926 to the late George G. & Amy (Kelly ) Williams.
She was the wife of the late Jarold Jesse Hilliard, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter Kathryn Schiefer of Eagleville, PA. Her sons: Harold J. Hilliard, III of Ellicott City, MD, Charles V. Hilliard of Chester Gap, VA and Keith W. Hilliard of McKees Rock, PA. Her brother George G. Williams, Jr. of South Mills, NC. Her sisters: Alfreda Mac Farland of Chesapeake, VA and Shirley Whitehurst of South Mills, NC. Also 8 Grandchildren & Great Granddaughter.
Her memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2011 at 8:00pm at the Moore & Snear Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken PA.
Friends may call on Tuesday at the funeral home from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
