Beverly Wyant, 79, of Ludington, went to meet her Lord the morning of Jan. 19 in the company of her loving family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She also loved her church family and many friends.
She was born in Fountain to Roscoe and Luro Brandt. She graduated from Scottville High School in 1949 and graduated from Sparrow Nurses Training in Lansing in 1952. In March of 1953 she married her high school sweetheart, Harold Wyant. They were happily married for 49 years and raised four children.
She was proud of her career as a registered nurse and her many volunteer activities, in her church, schools, and as a 4-H, Cub Scout, and Skylark leader. She was also an ordained Elder of the Community of Christ church in Ludington and had served as pastor at the Clio, branch.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her daughter, Lois Wyant Hummel; and her daughter-in-law, Cindy Bonter Wyant.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lynden Wyant, Leann Wyant Mahynski and Barbara (Tim) Wyant Storm. Also by her beloved grandchildren, Emilyann (Mike) Curl, Laura Cranston, Max Dustin, Michael Hummel, Melissa Lance, Joe Wyant, Holly Ann Smith; and her six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service in memory of Beverly will be held at Oak Grove Funeral Home at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22 with Pastor Karen Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening Jan. 21, from 4 – 6."

You and Harold were my second parents for most of my younger years.I remember all jumping in the station wagon and going to A&W or Herrimans. What great memories of both our families.We miss ypu both very much|
