Mr Edward Shuey Kelly died suddenly at his home at Troutville Sunday morning. Mr Kelly who was 71 years of age, had been engaged in the blacksmith trade in Troutville for many years, having moved there some years ago from Stoney Battery where he was born.
He is survived by his wife and four sons: D A , Luther, Marshal and Raymond, all of Troutville,
Funeral services were held from the Troutville Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Dr George Braxton Taylor assisted by Rev J F Aker of Radford. Interment was in the Troutville Cemetery.
