Caroline was the daughter of William Waller from SC. She married Dr. Solomon Mordecai, son of Jacob and Judith "Myers" Mordecai, in Mobile, AL on April 22, 1824. They were the parents of 10 children, five sons and five daughters, including two daughters who died as infants. Caroline died of cancer at the age of 71.
