MISSOULA, Mont. -- Rachel Wilhelinina Stark, 65, of Missoula, formerly of West Liberty, died on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2001, at St. Patrick Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Valley Methodist Church. Burial will be at Muscatine Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to services at the church. The Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Stark was born Aug. 7, 1935, in Edgar, Wis., the daughter of Harry and Martha Viegut. Her family moved to Western Montana around 1956. They lived in Missoula, Florence and Miller Creek. She married Orlen Stark on Aug. 13, 1966, in Muscatine.
They lived on a farm near Atalissa for 12 years and then moved to West Liberty where she was a member of Cedar Valley Methodist Church. In 1994 they moved to Missoula.
She worked at Crestview in West Branch and The Doulbletree Hotel in Missoula.
She was a member of the Missoula Senior Citizen�s Center who loved to play the piano and visit with friends and grandkids.
Survivors include her husband, Orlen of Missoula; a son, Orlen Jr.; grandsons, Brandon and Raymond of West Liberty; daughter, Charlene Roszell and her husband, Brian; grandsons, Jeremy and Joshua of West Liberty; two brothers, Raymond Viegut and his wife, Darlene, of Hot Springs, Mont. and Allan Viegut and his wife, Bonnie, of Lolo, Mont.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by both her parents.
