Graveside services for Carroll Maurice Carter, 62, who died June 26, 1986, Denver, Colorado, were held Monday, June 30 at the Blair Cemetery, Steve Ashby Officiating. A memorial service was held June 28 in the Church of Latter Saints in Denver.
Carter was born June 29, 1924 in Blair, the son of Earl and Josephine Carter. He married Elizabeth Ann Woerner Willy October 11, 1947 in Wahoo. He later married Sarah Ann Hover on July 2, 1962 in Salt Late City, Utah.
He was a clinical psychologist for the Denver City Sheriff's Department since 1951 and he was a priest in the Church of Latter Day Saints and a former member of Masonic Lodge 21 in Blair.
Survivors include a daughter Joyce Carter Reedy of Scottsdale, Arizona; Two brothers, Donald Clayton Carter Of Morgantown, West Virginia, and Russell Phillip Carter of Manteca, California.
Memorials may be made to the Big Brother organization.
