Margaret's grave stone has long disappeared into the forest floor, if a stone exit it is in very deep forest debris. However, many other Grave markers are still readable and visible. The sunken burial pits, are still obvious, some have broken stones about, others just a depression in the ground, where they were laid to rest.
Margarit was the daughter of Charley Sr (Patrick) Creed and mother, Susan [White] Creed.
The death date of Margaret is in disput, family decendants dated her death 1 Mar 1898, an Affidavit of Dora Wright Creed, states Margaret died about 1894. Others use ca 1896.
Margarit married William LaFayette Nettles about 1875, in Bowie County Texas.
They had the following children:
william, John, Emma, Charlie,
Myrtle, Dora, Eddie, Bessie.
Margarit's siblings were:
John P, Ophelia, Monroe, Charley Jr.
She also had half sisters and brothers
from her mothers marriage to Sam Harlan.
